Improving health and well-being naturally ....
Homeopathic remedies are made from many substances - animal, plant and mineral. They are made from minuscule doses and so are not harmful to take and are not addictive, meaning they can be used safely by everyone including babies, pregnant women and the elderly.
If you are given your remedy in the form of pills, place one straight into your mouth from the bottle cap or a clean spoon. The pills should not be handled. Simply suck until the pill dissolves.
If you are given your remedy in a dropper bottle, simply place one drop on your tongue.
Ideally, you should avoid eating / drinking anything, or brushing your teeth at least 10 minutes before or after taking a remedy.
Remedies should be stored away from strong smells and electrical equipment, including computers and mobile phones. Never put dropped pills back into the bottle. Just discard them.
Some substances are believed to effect the action of the remedy you have been prescribed and may even stop it working. You may therefore wish to avoid coffee, mint, camphor, menthol, eucalyptus and aromatherapy oils for the period of time you have been prescribed your remedy.
Certain medical interventions, vaccinations and medications (for example, the contraceptive pill or HRT) can also affect the power of homeopathic remedies. Therefore, it is really helpful if you can provide full details of recent medication prescribed and medical procedures undertaken.
You should be prepared to get better in an unconventional way. You may experience some form of elimination from the body. For example, a discharge (possibly nasal), diarrhoea or increased perspiration, skin symptoms or an emotional change. You may also experience a return of old symptoms.
Any of these are a positive sign that the homeopathic treatment is working and that your body is healing in the correct way. They should be short lived, but please feel free to contact me if you are concerned in any way either by phone 07444 745817 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
